Article 1: Definitions of terms used in the Charter

We will then designate:

"The shop": the shop on The Keys' website and all its pages and screens.
"Editor": The Keys, responsible for the editing and content of the application.
"User": The Internet user visiting and using the services of the application.

Article 2: Introduction and role of the Charter

The purpose of this charter is to inform you of the store's commitments with regard to respect for your privacy and the protection of personal data concerning you, collected and processed in connection with your use of the application.

If the shop requires registration, by registering you agree to provide true information about yourself. The communication of false information is contrary to the General Conditions of the application.

You can at any time make a request to The Keys to know what information about you is held by The Keys, to oppose their processing, to have them modified or deleted by contacting the publication director at contact@the-keys.fr.


Article 3: Data collected in the application

The data collected and subsequently processed by the shop are those that you can voluntarily send us by filling in the various forms in the shop. For certain operations on the contents, you may be led to transmit data concerning you to third partners through their own services, more specifically during the payments which you will be able to carry out. We will not have said data, their collection and processing being governed by the conditions specific to these stakeholders. We invite you to consult the conditions before communicating your data in this framework.

Your IP address (identification number assigned to your device on the Internet) may be collected automatically. You are informed that the store may implement an automatic tracking process (cookie or other files dropped when using the application on the device, connected or not to the Internet), which you can prevent by changing the settings of your device or application.

The details of the shop users who have registered on it will be saved, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. In accordance with the latter, they have the right to access, withdraw, modify or rectify the data they have provided. All they have to do is send a request to the following e-mail address: contact@the-keys.fr.
The collection of members' personal data by the shop publisher has been declared to the French personal data protection authority (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés - CNIL) under number 2002380.

The data identified as mandatory on the forms of the shop are necessary to be able to benefit from the corresponding functions of the shop and more specifically the operations on the contents proposed within it.

The data collected automatically by the shop will be able to carry out statistics as for the consultation of its pages.
